Dr Khan has special expertise in General Adult Psychiatry, including psychosis, depressive illness, mania, anxiety disorders such as PTSD, OCD. He has extensive experience both in NHS and private practice and is an Approved Clinician and is approved under Section 12 of the MHA. Dr Khan has over 10 years experience of assessing patients under the Mental Health Act, and has prepared over 100 reports for Tribunal and Managers hearings and attended these hearings.
Dr Khan has assessment clinics in his rooms in Cheltenham, Bristol, Taunton and Newport. He is also happy to carry out home assessments of claimants around the South West and also carries out remote assessments.
