      Dr Bowers specialises in personal injury cases, criminal cases, medical negligence and family law. He is also a qualified old age psychiatrist and is able to assess mental capacity. He has prepared reports for regulatory bodies including the General Medical Council, the Nursing and Midwifery Council and the General Pharmaceutical Council.

      Dr Bowers has consulting rooms on the Isle of Wight and in Hampshire.

      Appointments are available during the evening or weekend.

      Dr Bowers aims to see clients within 1 week of instruction and furnish a report within 2 weeks of seeing the client.
