Dr Con Cullen

Dr Con Cullen is an independent consultant psychiatrist in the fields of general adult psychiatry; liaison and neuropsychiatry; and addictions psychiatry. He has a special interest in forensic psychiatry. He has previously been a fulltime substantive consultant psychiatrist for over 10 years for East London NHS Foundation Trust, where he worked in an inner city area with high rates of severe and complex mental illness.

Psychiatrist's biography

Dr Cullen has worked as a consultant liaison psychiatrist for 5 years based in Homerton University Hospital, assessing and treating patients with physical health problems and co-existing mental illness. During this period, he also provided psychiatric input into the Regional Neurological Rehabilitation Unit at Homerton University Hospital. He has additionally been a consultant in Home Treatment and Assertive Outreach Services, and has also worked as a consultant psychiatrist in addictions psychiatry in Georges and South West London NHS Trust.

Dr Cullen can carry out home visits, prison visits and appointments at solicitors’ offices nationwide. Weekend appointments are available upon request.
