Dr John Stephens
Dr John Stephens graduated from Imperial College Faculty of Medicine (St Mary’s Hospital) in 1990 and later undertook post-graduate training in psychiatry at St George’s Hospital Medical school. He has dual accreditation from the Royal College of Psychiatrists for both Adult and Old Age psychiatry with specialist accreditation for Liaison Psychiatry. He has previously worked in a court diversion scheme and has received training as an expert witness.
Dr Rebecca Slinn
Dr Slinn has been a psychiatrist for more than 25 years, first appointed as a consultant in 2001. She worked for more than 20 years in the NHS holding consultant posts in Scotland and Gloucestershire. Dr Slinn now works as a consultant psychiatrist for the care quality commission as a second opinion approved doctor under the mental health act as well as having a thriving independent practice.
Dr Jacqueline Scott
Dr Scott is a consultant general adult psychiatrist in a busy community and in-patient post. She has worked in a broad range of specialities including general adult, child and adolescent psychiatry and learning disability. She has worked with the Mental Welfare Commission gaining experience with developing guidelines for best practice, assessment of patient care and investigating complaints. Her current post is as a General Adult Psychiatrist where she has been based for 11 years and since 2017 has also been a Clinical Director.
Dr Bruce Owen
Dr Owen, MBBS BMedSci(Hons) MRCPsych, is a consultant psychiatrist working in the field of general adult and community psychiatry. He works full time in the NHS having both inpatient and community responsibilities.
Dr Dilum Jayawickrama
Dr Dilum Jayawickrama is a fully Registered Medical Practitioner. He holds degrees of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. He has a Master’s Degree in Psychiatry. Dr Dilum Jayawickrama is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. His name is entered in the Specialist Register of the General Medical Council. Secretary of State has approved him under Section 12 of the Mental Health Act 1983 as having specialist experience in the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders.
Dr Liz Jackson
Dr Elizabeth Jackson trained at St Bartholomew’s Medical School in London. She has a Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training (CCST) in General Adult and Rehabilitation Psychiatry and is a Fellow of the Royal College Psychiatrists. She currently works in both private practice and in the NHS, where she has been a Consultant within the Westminster Home Treatment Team, since setting up the team in 2004. This team provides a home-based alternative to admission for people suffering serious mental health problems.

Dr Con Cullen
Dr Cullen is an independent consultant psychiatrist in the fields of general adult psychiatry, liaison and neuropsychiatry, and addictions psychiatry. He has a special interest in forensic psychiatry. He has a Masters in Clinical Neuropsychiatry (2019), and a Masters in the Clinical and Public Health Aspects of Addictions (2005), both from King’s College London/Institute of Psychiatry at the Maudsley Hospital, London. Dr Cullen currently carries out medicolegal assessments on a fulltime basis, and therefore he can offer short waiting and turnaround times for assessments and reports respectively.
